On 8 September 2015, the delegation of Kawasaki Heavy Industry(“KHI”)visited Conch Venture and attended the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding on deepened cooperation with Conch Venture.
In the afternoon of 8 September, the two parties signed on the the memorandum of understanding respectively.
During nine years Since 2006, they have cooperated with their true hearts to obtain the remarkable accomplishments. At first, we developed and spread the cement kiln pure low temperature residual heat power generation technology by introducing the advanced residual heat power generation technology from KHI and using the Conch cement production experiences through decades. Recently, the two parties deepened their cooperation to collaborately develop the world leading technology of disposal of municipal waste via cement kiln which has been spread in over ten provinces of China Since Conch Venture has listed. The number of projects has increased to over 20, which obtained good economic and social benefits by drawing the wide attention from the society.

To deepen the cooperation in many fields like energy-saving, environmental-protection, equipment manufacturing and so on, Conch Venture and KHI planed to establish new joint venture company in Shanghai to develop the overseas market and search for the new opportunities depending on the international platform, Shanghai， as the first big cosmopolitan city in Far East.
